Retargeting campaigns and automated email series could be put into place to boost profitability also.

10% of the traffic currently comes from organic search from google and pins from pinterest, I have never done any work to improve the search present for either of these platforms which allows for great opportunity to capitalise on these free traffic sources.

Adwords and pinterest paid advertisements could also be introduced to diversify traffic sources away from just facebook.

Regular email series to promote offers or new products can be used as a method to consistently bring in revenue.

I have not used any upsells or cross sells currently so this would be a major factor to instantly increase the average order value.

A funnel could be created also to increase AOV and Conversion rate % with upsells and cross sells built in. I am currently experimenting with Clickfunnels.

What work have you put into the store?

I built the store from the ground up and nurtured it until it started gathering traction. Now I have automated the most laborious tasks (Customer service and Order fulfilment) in order to focus on the growth and advertisements for the business.
