Our contacts have already been set up. We have a compatible toner drop ship company and an OEM drop ship company who does majority of the work. All we have been doing is the marketing end of things in an attempt to increase sales, so there is very little maintenance on the owner's part. Most of the work involves customer service.
How can the future owner improve the business?
Continue marketing efforts with eventual increase in these efforts. So far, marketing has been done on Google AdWords, Facebook, and Bing. More social media presence may help increase sales. Most importantly, customer service needs to be consistently present in order to increase sales.

We have done significant amounts of work towards branding and marketing. We have established contacts to guarantee great prices for drop shipping. Throughout the year, we have worked with individual companies to increase the accessibility of our website through user testing.
