This is a well-polished store that already have an email list. If you're going to buy a store that rely on trends, there will be time that the store lose its trend but if you buy a baby store, you will always find a customer that have children who need products in this shop.
How can the future owner improve the business?
Always test product until you find a winner. My big mistake when I'm managing this store is that I have no time on finding good products and test them because I'm so busy on my day time work that's why I didn't focus on testing good products.
