Forge Vintage clothing has been operational since January 2016.
What started out as a hobby quickly became a second job for me.
I am selling it as I have a very busy full time job and I just do not have the time to manage it anymore, I am also going travelling early next year.
I run it all on my own, so there are no salaries to pay.
We get a huge amount of traffic through the site, so this is avery well established online store, all it needs now is someone who has the time to manage it.
The store has the potential to grow massively, and I wish I could be the one to do it.
At the moment due to my lack of time I have only been able to upload new stock every 4-6 weeks, majority of the items sell out in the first week so there is a huge following!
I will supply all of my vintage clothing wholesale contacts for you to purchase from.
I am currently selling off my remaining stock fairly cheap so looking to sell the store quite soon, hence the decline from August - all marketing has been "switched off" and no new stock has been added.
Social media accounts include:
Instagram: @forgevintageclothing (21.8k followers),
Facebook: Forge Vintage Clothing (Just under 40k followers),
Snapchat: Average 200 views per snapchat story.
We also have a mailing list of just under 2k, each time I sent out emails I get between 1-2k in sales.
My store is in the top 3% of stores that launched the same week.
I have been approached by the below companies to do a column in their monthly magazine subscription:
Glamour Magazine UK,
Fashion Journal - We ended up moving forward with these guys and still get traffic through the site due to the column we did in their magazine last year,
Plus several other smaller companies.
