Inventory is currently held in a 10x30 storage unit. It is strategically laid out with heavy duty shelving units to hold all current products. All shelving can and will be included.
A full list of all suppliers, and contact information will be supplied. I will also make an introduction to each sales person which will allow for a smooth transition for allowing you to take over.
If you're not local and cannot pick up the inventory yourself, you will be responsible for arranging freight shipping. I will provide detailed information on how I currently have the unit setup, and you can either duplicate, or go your own route.
Do you work with any employees, freelancers, or contractors?
I have sponsored pilots that receive a healthy discount on purchases, and in return create content on social media with links back to products on the store.

How can the future owner improve the business?
This business is ripe for an inventory investment. The more inventory that you have on hand, the the higher potential for more sales. I would recommend that the next owner either be involved directly in the RC Hobby Community, or plan on hiring someone who is. This will allow you to stay current on what the hottest products are. This is a fast pace niche market, and you'll want to be stocking the latest and greatest.
Get more involved with local racing communities and organizations. Local community race sponsorship is common in this industry. I currently sponsor a few programs in the greater SF Bay Area.
What work have you put into the store?
I started the company in 2012 as a side business to help support my new hobby of multirotors. I soon found out I had hit the market at the right time as a US re-seller. I put a lot of effort into the site, and with hard work, great customer service, and quick shipping I was able to gain the moment to take this full time. What started with 3 products, is now over 600. I've worked on this project everyday since then, and has allowed me to be a stay-at-home father to my 2 boys.
I feel now would be a good time to pass the torch on to someone who is excited about the FPV Drone Racing scene, and what it has to offer for the future of the hobby.
