GagaBear is a children's dropship toy store that specializes in ride-on cars and remote-control vehicles, for children ages 01 - 16.

I opened this store the last week of November 2016 with 5 weeks to go before the New Year. It did approximately $35K in Christmas sales in those 5 weeks. with only 2 suppliers targeting children (parents) ages 01 - 06.

This store currently averages about $8K - $12K in sales per month on about $20 - $40 in Google ad spend per day. I do not do any FB advertising. Ride-on car margins are 25% per product.

I spend about 2 hours per week managing GagaBear and outsource day-to-day activities to 1 overseas Virtual Assistant. But this store can be managed by 1 person, over your phone. As a matter of fact, I still maintain a full-time job -everything you need to do can be done over the phone.

Why should someone buy this store?

This is a revenue generating store in operation for 13 months now and has very high scalability. 12 Month revenue of $150K was accomplished with Google Shopping only (no Bing, and some very limited FB advertising; no Email marketing). If you are an expert at Email and FB advertising you can probably 2x to 5x this revenue. Currently 1/3rd to 1/2 traffic is organic with Pinterest delivering the highest monthly traffic and (organic) social media conversion rates. Current December 2017 revenue is approximately $35K as of this posting.

How can the future owner improve the business?

This is my first store and has been a learning experience. I'm confident this store will provide exceptional starting revenue for new entry entrepreneurs, and experts can take this to the next level.

What work have you put into the store?

I am selling this store to raise funds for a brick and mortar venture. The sales price is based on cash flow as this store uses a dropship model there is no physical inventory; therefore I am valuating this store based on it's 1 year cash flow and profits.
