I have an audience of passionate millennials in particular active subcultures as LGBT/Gothic/Alternative and sell them unique clothes and accessories which I find through reputable suppliers and wholesalers.

Most importantly, my audience is very comfortable spending money online for my products, even from purely cold traffic - and they're very easy to reach on social media such as Instagram and Facebook.

Why should someone buy this store?

In recent years, there's been a huge cultural shift which has greatly affected the youth of today, and they want more and more to be a part of a community to reaffirm their identity of who they are and how they relate to the world.

As the owner of this store you'll be able to position yourself in front of people for when they want to shop online, with lifestyle advertising being the most effective way of converting these people - by this I mean posting news articles, pictures, videos, and memes expressing that the business has the same opinions they have (typically on LGBT issues, liberalism, and left-wing-leaning agendas), and in doing so they inevitably visit and return to the store as well as social media for this very reason.

You're selling a feeling of reassurance and familiarity when you sell this audience products, and it's been very effective for me in my marketing toward them. And when you can do the same, providing value to these people and relating to them, making them feel these emotions, you'll have a growing audience with a lot of purchasing power and an eagerness to share your content and buy your products.

How can the future owner improve the business?

All of the sales I have gotten have been through dropshipping products to my customers, and I've been very successful in doing so. A way to scale Genderless World would be to manufacture high demand products and brand them, taking inventory of the products. Alongside this, a very unique selling point would be to create an online community for customers, and integrate this into the sale. For example, have an online forum or closed Facebook group and have a unique login code manufactured on the product for the customer to use when it arrives. Alternatively, have an automated follow-up email link them to the group online instead. The value of this is tied into the nature of who you're selling to, if you elect to market to this audience - people who want to feel accepted by others and talk to others who share their beliefs.

A quick list of improvements to make would be: -Taking physical inventory of the business's own products. -Designing a unique logo (though the font design I currently use is already congruent across all media) -Posting regular content across all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) as well as via email -If you choose to take inventory, you may find it helps to take your own photos in a way and setting that is congruent across the whole site and the same for all products. At present, all product images on Genderless World have been taken from my suppliers' sites with their permission, and are already high-converting. -Run ads for particular products with the product page as the landing page, as I have had great success with this. A strong, congruent ad copy is a must for higher conversions too. Personally, I would say that a crucial component of succeeding in growing this store is an understanding of the LGBT+ movement and community, and how you can provide value to this audience. I owe all of my success with Genderless World to this, as it's allowed me to create promotional content which they WANT to share to others who are interested.
