This UK based store focuses on garden furniture and accessories included rattan sofa, sun loungers and parasols. The store operates on a drop-shipping model and currently has 13 suppliers on-boarded. With nearly 800 products on the site, there is really room to grow this site.

A few FAQs; Profit Margins on Products? Profit margins vary from supplier to supplier. They range from 10% up to around 35%.
How do returns work? For returns I request photos of the issue. Forward them on to the supplier and they organise the return. Once the supplier refunds me, I refund my customer.
Any reason why it’s UK based? Or can I change it to US based? I am based in the UK and so are my suppliers. My suppliers only ship to the UK.
Any SEO traffic or is it paid ads? If paid is it FB, Google? Majority is Google PLA. No FB ads. A have had a couple of sales through organic search results but a large majority is through paid adverts.
What is the profit on the store for the months you have been trading? Around £3000 net profit but it should of been more. This was my first dropshipping store so I wasted a lot of money on unfocused and poorly structured advertising.
Why are your sales down in the last month? My sales are down to £0 at the moment as I have stopped advertising all together as I haven't had the time to devote to running it.
What is your ad spend? I spent £3,600 on advertising, I think around £1000 worth were wasted as I learnt the process and was before I got a mentor. I know have a structure adwords account, segmented by brand and descriptions. Mostly Google PLA, some search and a tiny experiment with FB.
Where are your suppliers based? All my suppliers are UK based apart from Jagram (Poland) and Muubs (Denmark).
Did you manage alone or with team? Managed 100% on my own along with my full time corporate job.
Warranty on products? 12 Month warranty as standard on all products.
