We design locally and manufacture our Harper Ave handbags overseas, not a reseller. This is the best way to be profitable. We have been importing for 20 years and can help the new owner with design, importing and overseas sourcing, and all the aspects. Why should someone buy this store?

This is a trademarked brand that has great potential! We manufacture overseas and have strong profit margins. Harper Ave was carried in several hip shops (like Nordstrom.com) in it's first 2 years but needs more diversification in products (expanding handbag offerings like tote bags, purses, clutches, even gifts and apparel). Start selling on Amazon immediately with shopify plug-in feature. New owner should have a passion for fashion, design & trends. The "Harper Ave" logo is trademarked and versatile enough to become a lifestyle brand - adding any fashion related product categories if desired. We even thought about adding "Harper Ave" cosmetics ... Think big!

How can the future owner improve the business?

Add product lines, improve SEO and social media strategy, work with social influencers (we did this for awhile), do retail pop-up shops, start email campaigns with mailchimp. Add an Amazon sales channel. You can also add other product lines that could reflect 'Harper Ave style' from US vendors or add drop ship products through shopify apps like Oberlo or Artofwhere. I can discuss this in more detail as requested. You are buying/investing in a brand, not just a shopify store ... big difference!

What work have you put into the store?

Too much to list, but in the last year or two it has been neglected. Harper Ave needs a new energetic owner interested in women's fashion to take the helm. I bought Harper Ave brand 3+ years ago for alot more. Just want to give it to a good home now. Harper Ave is a brand that could be the next Kate Spade!
