1) Payment Gateway: Since I am operating from India I was not able to use Shopify's Payment gateway, Stripe. I was just using Paypal and 2checkout as my major payment options. Adding more Payment Gateways could increase the Conversion rates.

2) Product Warehousing: This could decrease the shipping time and increase the number of sales.

3) Pinterest Advertising: Pinterest is a very big market for this niche. Facebook and Google customer match: Upload email list to find look-a-like audience

4) Competition Research: Look at competitor referral sources using SEMrush and approach them to advertise

5) Google CONTENT NETWORK PLACEMENT CAMPAIGN: Create an AdWords campaign (content campaign) that targets ONLY sites where competitors are getting conversions.

6) Email Marketing: Email campaigns to existing customers.

7) Facebook Marketing: Direct Mail campaign to existing customers and visitors

I have negotiated with each vendor-specific quality and guaranteed fast shipment. Most are able to dispatch within 12-24 hours which is important for fast delivery to customers all over the world. Most Suppliers could only guarantee dispatch within 7 days. We have spent the time interviewing 100's of suppliers and found those with the best business practices, quality, pricing, and performance. Suppliers are paid during order processing via Aliexpress.
