The business was setup in June 2013 and sells a wide range of door handles and general ironmongery for home or business uses. We are selling the site to pursue other business interests. Included in the sale will be the website, domain, email addresses, product images, Google Analytics accounts and social media profiles (Facebook & Pinterest). We dropship from a range of manufacturers on a pro-forma basis. No stock is included in the sale.
Large amounts of design and development work have been put in to establish and build the business. Advertising platforms used include Google AdWords and Google Shopping, as well as optimising the site for organic search traffic.
The cost for customer acquisition for 2017 was £2,512.00. This generated 1,030 transactions totalling £63,496.77 of gross sales (Combining paid search, organic traffic, referrals and direct traffic).

The domain name is registered and paid for until 6th April 2019. Domain ownership transfer would be arranged with the new owners.
The store has the potential to be very profitable. With strong organic traffic and good links to manufacturers / suppliers, new owners would be well placed to maximise the earning potential.
How can the future owner improve the business?
The store could be further developed with an increased social media following to improve visibility. Customer retention could be increased with an improved post-sale experience (Follow up emails, offers etc). The current owners are looking at new business ventures and don't have enough time to sufficiently invest in this site on a daily basis.
What work have you put into the store?
The store has been designed and build from scratch. All products and imagery have been imported and setup with SEO in mind. The maintenance and product updating has been carried out, as well as sourcing suitable apps to develop the sales channels.
