Facebook/Instagram Ad Account - I will provide you with our entire list of targeted audiences and guide you through the ad management process. The Facebook pixel has been working for over 8 months and is very strong.
MailChimp Account (5,621 Email Subscribers) - When customers enter their email addresses at the checkout page, it automatically populates into the MailChimp account. It's all very seamless.
Signifyd Account - Fraud Protection Shopify Plug-In - Reviews all orders to determine whether any are coming from a fraudulent source and provides protection against chargebacks in case any orders are placed with a stolen credit card. At this point, the free trial has expired. The paid version costs 1% on each order. We can discuss this further.

A few FAQ's answered:
1) Why are you selling the business?
The business is straight-forward to run at this point but it does require a lot of time to be invested, which is just something I can't afford these days, hence why I'm selling the site. No long explanation, I'm just in the process of starting a dating site with my partner and well, there goes all of my free time. I'd prefer to sell the site now before my lack of attention starts affecting customer service. And a piece of honest advice, if you don't think you'd be able to put in a few hours everyday into the business, it may not be the best option for you to purchase right now. As with any business, it does require some TLC.
2) How does the business generate revenue?
eCommerce sales. Small to medium priced gifts and collectibles. We started out as a general store and ended up doing really well with a few products within the anime and cosplay area so we started to focus attention more on that since we had a pretty good audience there. That is how the site is set up now but this niche definitely makes it easy to branch out. For example, from Anime, you can easily transition into the Cosplay market or Gaming (video games, PC games, keyboards, mouses, PCs, etc.). From there you can easily transition to general electronics. And so on. Also Anime and Cosplay can cover tons of different TV shows, movies and games. All of these markets have massive product potential. This a passionate audience. Targeting hobbies and focused interests makes for a profitable business.
3) Are there any expenses for the business? If so, what are they?
Expenses include running Facebook and Instagram ads, monthly Shopify account fees, monthly Dropified account fees and of course the products themselves.
4) What marketing initiatives have been used for this business?
Facebook and Instagram ads. Instagram Shoutouts.
One of our biggest marketing assets is our massive email list of over 5600 subscribers, which you will receive as part of the sale. Emails are automatically populated into the MailChimp account (also included in the sale) once customers enter it at the checkout page. When we have a new hot, trending product, we send out an email blast promoting it, meaning we don't have to invest any money into paid ads. Having a list is one of the biggest assets in the Ecommerce business because it's essentially free marketing to our recurring customers.
5) How can the future owner improve the business?
Research new products. Connect with other influencers. I can certainly walk you through the process to research products, connect with influencers and create special offers.
6) How are orders processed?
All orders are processed easily through Dropified (Formerly Shopified App) which an online drop-shipping service that helps you easily import products to your Shopify store from other websites as well as fulfill orders. With just a click, the customer's address and associated items are processed automatically. Oberlo is another option, however, I prefer Dropified as it has better features. 7) Who will handle customer service for orders placed prior to the change in Ownership?
