My Parlor Room

I started this website in Apr 2016. The website is built in Shopify and uses a premium theme that I have customized heavily.

Over 200 orders and $64k in sales since launching.

Reason for selling:

I have over 8 websites in my portfolio and it's time to start purging. Looking to focus on my other websites that I am more passionate about.

Who Should Buy This?:

Honestly, this site is perfect for beginners or experts.

For beginners - it's a great started site that comes with over 500 products uploaded and 1000 of images uploaded. The sales process is simple, you just place orders by email or through an online portal depending on the supplier.

For Experts - this site has a ton of room for growth. I am making $400 per month simply with Google Shopping Ads and through the Houzz platform.

Opportunities to add new products, join additional marketplaces and use other means of advertising means there is a lot of room left for growth.

Tech Used:

Shopify and Google Ads, Merchant Center, Analytics and a few other apps.

Sale Includes:

Domain Shopify website Social media accounts Relationship with suppliers - including an international supplier unique to the US market. Only myself and them sell int he US as far as I can tell. Over 200 customer emails Potential For Growth:

Pinterest - I think pinterest will be a great way to drive free/qualified traffic. I simply did not have the time or passion to build this. Again, needs a social media marketer.

Bing Ads

FB ads - Great place to gain qualified leads

New Products - this is in the home decor niche. Good ads 1000's of more products.

I will sign an NDA or non compete if needed.

Will also provide 30 days support for handover of all docs, domain, website, etc.

Why did you lose money in the beginning?

This was my first attempt at Google Ads. And there was a huge learning curve for me. Finally got them under control in Dec 16 and started driving relevant traffic.
