Revenue includes sales until the end of last month and is calculated from Exchange’s eligible payment providers. Total traffic comes from all data available to Shopify.
We're on the basic Shopify plan but, pay annually. At the moment we have already paid up to Jan 2019 so the new management wouldn't have to worry about that.
We aren't paying for any apps. Mailchimp is set up with well over 1000 email addresses but they don't charge any subscription fee (yet).
(ie. Adwords, Facebook ads, etc.)
Inventory is held at our office in the UK. If it was all packed up, it will only take up 3 large boxes to fill up. This is because most of the products are small
This page explain all the math and finance behind Nasheed Club Ltd but, the main thing that we pride ourselves in, is customer service. No price can be put on customers that are loyal and share a deep love with the brand. That is why Nasheed Club is so valuable, the customers are the business
How can the future owner improve the business?
We recently trialed pop-up stores which proved to be very profitable. If the new owner(s) really push pop-up and physical locations, it will (in my opinion) bring a lot more custom and increase brand awareness.
Apart from that, I believe that our recently successful "Softest hijabs on Earth" kickstarter campaign could be marketed a lot more. I am really proud of what we have achieved there and feel, if channeled properly, the love and support we received from our backers can be converted into long term customers
What work have you put into the store?
It will be very hard to summarise nearly 4 years of hard work into a simple paragraph, I am open to talk more about this over a call (which can be arranged). But to summarise, creating and optimising all the operations, systems and automation of the business so it runs smoothly. I have also worked on all apps for the online store, all graphics and documentations that extend the customer experience, and I personally deal with all customer enquiries.
