The Crossfit market is very buoyant and I have seen many repeat customers upgrade their equipment when we have released new versions of the Ninja Speed Rope. With a strong presence in the UK market, there is the massive potential to open up new markets all over the world, with the USA being the biggest potential market.
How can the future owner improve the business?
Improve direct marketing by using target social media ad's, e-shots to existing customers (word of mouth has been a very good way of communicating our brand value), and dedicating time to follow up with spares sales (replacement cables). Also introducing new products to the range to expand up sell potential.
What work have you put into the store?
I have created this product and brand from scratch, but recently I have been struggling to meet customer demand due to personal circumstances, and I think that this is the right time to let someone else develop this company in to the world class brand it could be.
