The Black Greek community (Divine Nine) is an extremely loyal group of individuals. For majority of the members of these organizations individuals have an extreme amount of pride for them as the organizations function similar to a family or gang that members create a cultural connection with. Many Greek Organizations have been established for anywhere from 80-100+ years. There are millions of Black Greek members across the nation today and once an individual joins an organization they are usually apart of the organization (unlike predominantly white Greek Organizations) for life. Additionally, every year hundreds of thousands of members are initiated at every college/university around the nation. This store is mainly targeted towards the younger generation (18-30) however, we have had some success selling to older customers as well because of the creativity of our designs. This target market will never die and will always be constant because new members are being initiated as we speak. This store will already come with 3 highly creative designs (which costed us over $300 to create) that could be used on clothes, iPhone cases, mugs, etc.
The store is fully built, comes with a logo and domain, Instagram (with 200 organic followers) and has already been up for a couple of months. Has designs for all of the major Black Greek organizations (Divine Nine) and are all currently uploaded on the website on shirts, sweaters, caps, hoodies and iPhone cases. This is a unique niche store that does not have much competition compared to other drop shipping/print on demand stores. There is no inventory, all you need to worry is about marketing, making other creative designs leveraged off of other successful urban brands (which can be done on fiverr.com) and building the brand into a household name in the Black Greek community on social media, everything else is fully automated.
Your only job in order to improve the notoriety and sales of this store would be spend more time in the realm of marketing on social media because the majority of potential customers will be on Instagram, as this clothing line is more geared towards the younger generation. The designs speak for themselves and the feedback we have got from all of them have been overly positive. All you would need to do is spend some money on Facebook and Instagram Ads (Something we do not have to money to put into at this moment) and create an ambassador program where you recruit current Black Greek Organization students at colleges/universities (such as HCBUs) and other schools where Black Greek organizations are popular and pay them a small commission percentage (5%-10%) for every sell they generate. This will increase the store's following, sales and brand notoriety. Once this program is established sells from this store will be automatic and you should be able to generate anywhere from $3k-$5k in revenue each month. This is a marketing scheme we had planned but did not have the time to execute. On social media post you just need some high quality pictures with people wearing the clothing/apparel because that will create more trust with the customer and build more of a brand identity within the Black Greek Community.
The store already has clothes/apparel with eye catching designs, the next owner just needs to increase the overall popularity of brand and create more store traffic using some of the tactics I previously discussed. There is not much else you need to put into the store. It is already set up and ready to go.
