This store has been built from the ground up! I have spent over 50-60k in marketing alone. I have built this company into a brand, which is now in every state and about 20 countries! The profit hasn't been much, but what business can brand itself without spending money. I know this store can keep growing and also continue being a positive cause for the Tigers!
How can the future owner improve the business?
The main problem I have had is INVENTORY! Since I put almost all my money into marketing consistently I did not have much capital to invest in a ton of inventory. I only have 4-6 shirts a time to sell, when competitors have 30+. Also, these competitors such as Ivory Ella, and Shelly cove have made millions selling the same shirts and products! So Inventory is the main thing to improve on.
What work have you put into the store?
I have put two years of my life into this brand. I designed the shirts, sent them to be made, marketed myself and even packaged/shipped every order myself.
