This is a fully built out dropshipping store selling pushchairs, prams, strollers, car seats and other baby products. I have established dropshipping arrangements with 15 major suppliers within the industry with significant scope to expand upon this as well.
The brand of Prestige Prams was created to convey high quality and attract customers in this market with sizeable disposable incomes. A premium domain name supports its positioning as an up market brand.
It has been set-up to build a community around the brand by using content marketing to provide value to potential customers. A series of automated email campaigns have been developed to indoctrinate new and potential customers into the core values of the company. Several blogs have also been published too and a comprehensive Buyer's Guide to Baby Travel Products has been created.
The store is owned by a private company set up specifically for this purpose and the ownership of the company would also be transferred unless the new owner wished to set up an alternative trading arrangement. All relevant documentation can be provided.
The vast majority of products are high value with good Gross Margins offering the potential to generate sizeable profits from individual sales.
The site is being sold so I can focus on other projects as I no longer have the time to spend on developing it.

How can the future owner improve the business?
Whilst we have initially focused on baby travel products there is huge potential to expand the range into other baby products including nursery furniture, high chairs, toys, bathing products and safety equipment (e.g. guardrails, monitors, etc.).
Affiliate marketing could also be used to sell relevant other products like parenting guides, baby e-books and baby subscription boxes.
There is also a huge number of ways to increase traffic by adding Product Listing Ads to Bing, creating a text search campaign (Adwords), remarketing on Facebook, through influencer advertising and utilising the extensive email database.
What work have you put into the store?
The store was given a month long pre-launch campaign where customers were given the opportunity to win a pushchair (provided by a supplier) in exchange for email sign-up. There is consequently an existing mailing list with over 1,200 contacts on it.
Additional traffic is currently driven through Google Product Listing Ads. A 3 campaign structure has been developed splitting out Generic Search Terms, Brand Terms and Product Terms creating a query based funnel. Negative Keyword lists have been used to develop this.
The theme has been optimised for conversions with several amendments to the standard product pages. It has been designed to display perfectly on mobile and desktop.
A number of apps have been installed to increase the functionality of the store. These include sticky add to cart, abandoned cart recovery, product page tabs, product image zoom, McAfee certification, customised email notification templates ($50 value - one off purchase already paid), filter menus, pop-up email capture with exit intent, product cross sells, live chat and product reviews. Total cost of all apps and Shopify fee is less than $100 a month. A dedicated phone number has also been set up through Grasshopper.
Social media accounts have been created on Facebook (133 likes) and Twitter (37 followers). There is extensive scope to grow these audiences with appropriate marketing campaigns.
The site is tracked by Google Analytics and a Facebook pixel.
