General description

We sell fruit and vegetable inspired clothing including sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats and shorts. The core products of sweatshirts and t-shirts are bought via wholesale (fruit of the loom) and then we use screenprinting to apply the designs. We own the design rights to all the prints shown on the website. Historically, when we actively marketed the brand our sales were much higher but we have been effectively dormant for the last 4-5 years and so sales are now much lower. We have a facebook page with 20,000 followers and an email list of 2,000 subscribers which we would also include with the company.

QCumber Clothing is a unique brand with an 8 year track record. We have proven that the brand can generate a lot of interest and a cult following with no full time employees. There is significant growth potential if someone were to dedicate the appropriate time and resource to market the brand and upside opportunities from adding new products.

How can the future owner improve the business?

Add new fruity products (either Qcumber branded or otherwise). Start looking at paid advertising to drive more traffic to the webiste. Upside through active PR/marketing via social media which has been dormant for 5 years.

What work have you put into the store?

We have had a web design company make the whole website for us which cost ~$2k at the time. Over the years we have dedicated time to generate interest and awareness of the brand with >5,000 products sold.
