I have opened this website/dropshipping store in June 2016 and started running ads in October. Since then we have made 100K in revenues (look at the report in store screenshot section) with an average of 935$ monthly net profit. However the average monthly profit doesn't reflect the growth of the store as we did 66K since Since May 1st.
The first 6 months we're slow and after major changes in design, the store suddenly started working a lot better. Right now the store is at it's peak with 27K in sale for the month of July. I did 1.8K in May and 1.8K in June and 2.3K net profit in July. As of now, the work hours required to sustain that amount of revenue and cashflow is around 5-6h/week. All revenues are generated through PPC ads (Adwords & Bing), Facebook retargeting and organic sales.
Work includes : answering phone calls and chat requests from customers, processing orders and maintaining an healthy adwords/bing account. Managing social media accounts and VA's is also part of our daily work routine.
The store is in the medical mobility niche and targets seniors & disabled people. In our opinion, targeting stores selling mobility products & healthcare around the U.S would prove to be quite beneficial and lucrative strategies for the upcoming owners. We've been contacted by Medical Supply shops and sold to healthcare facilities that's why we think that sales channel should be exploited as well.
We also believe that the buyers of this store should (must) be located in the U.S as they will benefit from a lot of advantages such as : becoming a medicare/medicaid official provider & being able to accept U.S insurance payments from customers (we found a lot of people are requesting these services). We're are asked A LOT by customer if we accept medicare/medicaid, insurance or offer financing. The next owners must ABSOLUTELY do some work in that direction. We didn't want to become medicare dealers and accept U.S insurance payments ourselves because we are located in Canada and it would've required a lot of effort on our part that we're not interested in providing.
The mobility/senior/disability market is in growth and will be for the upcoming ten years.
Right now we have 330 products listed and as much as 3000 products in inventory from various suppliers.
We have a Facebook page with 90 subscribers, a youtube channel with around 10 videos and an e-mail list of 270 subscribers. We also have a Pinterest account set up but we have not tried that channel yet and a twitter account with 15 followers (started last week Aug 6th)
SEO Wise, we have recently acquired the premium version of JSON-LD for SEO in order to appear in higher results on the SERP and get rich snippets on these results. We've also provided our XML google review feed to Google in order for them to add star ratings to our Shopping ads.
As for product description, most of our products descriptions are 100% original and written by a professional copywriter. All bathroom chairs are 100% original and around 85% of product descriptions in scooters and powerchairs as well.
