I'm an Australian based ecommerce store owner/creator. I own and run many Shopify stores, this being one of them.
I created this store to test the outdoors and recreation market. I ran ads for a month or so in May 2017 (hence the peak in sales) and then stopped ads as I was too busy.
This month (November), I have set up ads again. It has been well received so far. I do not have the time or interest in taking this store further myself as my VAs and I are very busy on other projects right now.
The products are sourced from aliexpress and dropshipped using the Dropified app.
Advertising is all handled on Facebook. The new store owner will have access to the FB Ads Manager account that already has ads running with access to all creative content etc.
The facebook page and instagram account will also be handed over to the new owner.
Why should someone buy this store?
The store has been completely set up and designed to the market's specifications. Products have been set up to convert highly, website has been designed to look professional and social media has been set up to grow.
Winning products have already been sourced, set up and proven to win.
It is based on the dropshipping method with aliexpress products which is sustainable and scaleable.
The option is there to turn this into an fulfilment/importing store.
How can the future owner improve the business?
-More products can be sourced introduced (a few are in mind already).
-Setting up more facebook campaigns and testing will yield more results. I have barely scratched the surface on the potential of this store.
-No custom audiences/LLAs have been created yet. Doing this will help the store's revenue grow hugely.
-No retargeting has been set up yet. This will also help the store's revenue grow.
What work have you put into the store?
-Design creation; store colours, logo, store design etc. all customised.
-Hand picked Shopify apps have been set up and installed to help with conversions and order management.
-Facebook page has been created and managed with approx. 1,500 followers so far and a lot of engagement on ads.
-Instagram account has been set up with images
-Products have been carefully created on the site to look professional and sell
-Custom domain and domain email address set up to handle all customer support and app accounts
