Tails Casual Outfitters
Just dropped the price from $20,000 - I will also accept $11,500 in Bitcoin for the transaction.
WearTails.com is a surf/fishing/lifestyle brand that has a very high conversion rate. I would be willing to sell the company if you are serious. It is relatively niche, as it caters to both surfers, fisherman, and "The Everyday Adventurers" - a saying we use to describe our tribe of followers who like to get after it everyday. You can view the recent professionally filmed video we did in the Bahames right here - 200 Boats Pulled Up on an Island to Party, Filmed by Drone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLWaxNKXQCQ.
We are pursuing a partnership with The Bamboo Project with the upcoming release of our new unisex sunglasses. The higher quality sunglasses will range from $30-60 while our bamboo ones will be done using the "Free, plus shipping" method in order to increase brand awareness for next to nothing. We currently do around $1,000-1,200 a month in sales on limited ad spend. Our products are drop shipped - the last few months I've been saving money to put into the business and bring everything in house or FBA but the opportunity to take my girlfriend backpacking through Europe for 38 days and am looking to fund that instead. I could maintain the site while on the trip (usually takes 30 minutes a day to fulfill orders, answer emails, social media posts, etc.) but would like to focus on traveling. This is a critical stage in the business where the right management could take it to the next level, but its unfortunately going to be too big of a commitment while visiting 13 countries over the next month or though. FBA would make shipping times faster and customers more happy with their order. I was looking into Fulfillment by Amazon to keep it automated, but adding this brand to an existing store, either B&M or online, could be a huge asset. It would be easy to add to a portfolio of brands or help increase traffic to a similarly niched website, if not just for the social media and designs.
I have invested more than $10,000 and around 750 hours of unpaid equity into the business (building up the social media, branding, teaching myself to code for development, adobe, and reaching out to designer/influencers, increasing conversion rate, etc.) Our total Instagram following is at ~30,000 and last week we had 67,000 impressions on instagram on $10 ad spend. I will provide details upon request. Last week we gained around 400 followers, but I would say average is closer to 250-350.
Just did a design competition on 99designs, I can send you over about 30 ideas for shirts and put you in touch with the designers. We have a pending trademark on the name Tails Casual Outfitters which we unfortunately filed for after a former A&E star began domain squatting on the domain "TailsCasualOutfitters.com". In our opinion, this is illegal and the fully brandable domain could be fought for in court - potentially large amount of press, as the A&E star owns ChasinTailApparel.com. It is our belief that by linking our brand name's domain to her own ecommerce store, that a motivated buyer of this company would be able to sue for damages. She bought the domain name about 8 months after Tails Casual Outfitters first started to use instagram in May of 2014. In addition, there are the unregistered trademarks "Keep It Casual" and "Stay Chasing" as potential trademark options.
