Why should someone buy this store?

Dog niche is growing rapidly and handcrafted-products is in nice trend too. Customers demand to buy products coming from a responsible way of production, and we offer that among other things such as quality products, unique designs and super fast/high quality customer service.

The Bark Co. is a brand that has great customer reviews, that grows very fast and has a lot of potential (new markets, new products, etc.), plus I have designed the business to be highly automated, so with just 1-2 people team this brand could grow a lot.

How can the future owner improve the business?

The brand needs basically more economic resources: to include new products (beds, dog toys, etc.), start a proper production line to lower costs of manufacturing, push ad campaigns and have a dedicated resource to sales department (since wholesale business is potentially very big). Plus the money to invest, I would recommend to have one extra production person + sales person.

What work have you put into the store?

I have been dedicated (half time) for about 2.5 years now to understand the market, create the brand and values, design products, establish relationship with providers and automate most of the actions of the business.
