I am selling my shopify e-commerce store ONLY, so you would have to rebrand to a different name.
I started Trump Meets The Internet on social media. I started with posting Trump related memes that were agnostic to either party in late 2016 on Facebook and Instagram. In less than a year I was able to amount 175,000+ followers across both platforms. In July 2017 I began my Shopify store by leveraging dropshipping. Since then I have started other projects which are drawing my interest away from this business. The main reason for selling is that I could use the money to scale up my other ventures.
Trump Meets The Internet is a brand focused on topical political events Donald Trump gets into and embracing his unorthodox character.
Beyond the standard P&L statement, don’t bother asking a bunch of financials. Consider it a startup. I have invested a few thousand for development, several hundred in the marketing trial-and-error phase and other various costs for freelance work on the store.
It has now reached a point where I spend a minimal amount of my time running the store (2-3 hours a week), and it runs itself more or less. Using Instagram marketing only, we are achieving on average $500-$1200 in profit per month. The store is only a few months old and I believe profit can drastically improve with further development in terms of social media, upscaling advertisement as well as utilizing other modes of marketing such as Facebook and Google ads.
Our products are dropshipped from various suppliers, so there is no need to hold inventory or warehouse management.
Price is open for negotiation as I'm looking for a quick sell.
The business can be improved by networking with various vendors that have Trump related products for dropshipping. In addition to this, there is endless growth on social media so the larger you become, the more potential buyers you have without spending marketing dollars.
