Twelve Green Bottles is an online wine business which has been trading since June 2014. Our Shopify website was launched in January 2017. Since its launch sales growth has been very strong, and average sales are now in excess of £8,000 per month. We continue to experience sales grow at an average rate of around 15% per month.

We are a traditional company, holding stock as opposed to drop shipping. We have good credit facilities with our suppliers. The purchase price includes stocks, currently valued at just under £30,000, sufficient courier packaging for 3 months of trading at current levels and, if required, a period of time with the founder of the company to hand over operations.

As well as the sites top level domain, we're including the '.com' and '.uk', top level domains along with our Facebook and Twitter pages.

We've worked hard over the last 12 months to build our brand. We have more than 900 email subscribers, more than 1,200 Facebook followers, and more than 2,100 Twitter followers.

Our site visitors arrive via a combination of organic search, Adwords (text ads and merchant centre ads), Facebook and Twitter. We recently began work on a traditional telephone sales campaign which is generating very interesting results.

We've decided to seek a buyer as we are planning to launch a marketing agency and sales consultancy service, which will demand a significant time investment.
