I Open this shopify at the begining of July. I never have the ambition to work in the e-commerce. But I need to learn and kept in touch with all the opportunities.
So I started to build this store very quickly. In only one week. At the same time I learn Facebook Ads.
Very quickly I found my product and my buyers target. In July I did 1300€ turnover. July : 1300€ Turnover August : 11400€ September : 16760€
But I have other Businesses So in the middle of september I stopped to work in my shopify. I don't have enought time. I also Stop my Facebook Ads for fews days because I can't manage my shop.
Now I restart a little bit my facebook Ads, so I have Sales (between 10 to 20 per days). But it's just because I don't have time to push more and scale. I Know that my products have a lot of interest.
I setup emailing with mailchimp, and when i sent newsletter, I have conversion but for that also I don't have time.
My kitchen product really works. My customer are old but easy to sell (45 - 65 years old). And if you have time to iterate my website for this kind of people you will rock very quickly.
I really work on my customer care, so it will be easy for you to sell them furnitures. We have a very trust relationship.
I also negociate with a Chinese supplier. We worked together since 2 months. He is very kind, and listening. We tchat every week. He send very quickly all the products. I negociate all the collection with him (product, kind of shipping and the delays). In that case, my customer have one parcel (customer experience is very nice). All the work is already done. You have just to scale the product.
I sell only in France for now. But everything is possible with my product.
I thought in September to keep my shopify, but I can't do all things at the same time. Now I know how work e-commerce, I would like to learn other things.

J'ai en deux mois : - trouvé le produit qui séduit mes clientes. (dans le secteur de la cuisine). j'ai même un peu poussé mes campagnes facebook pour voir le potentiel. Mi septembre j'ai freiné mes campagnes de pub car je n'arrivais plus à gérer cette activité pro.
