Specialized in quality Brazilian-made shoes, the store currently has approximately $130,000 worth of product in stock (located in San Diego, CA), about 2000 pairs of shoes.
Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, we could never invest fully in marketing in order to drive the initial growth the business needed, so I've decided to sell it to somebody who would be able to pick up on our initial work, and run with it.
What is included?
Pretty much everything. Brand, logo, site, domain, mailing list, all social media accounts. And, of course, all 2000+ pairs of shoes that constitute our stock. Since the shoes were sourced directly from the manufacturers in Brazil, all the contracts and contacts will be transferred to the new owner, so it'll be possible to place new orders, restock, etc. We'll include one month of staff support, in order to carry the transition smoothly with all the suppliers/manufacturers, as well as the storage location for the stock. If the new owner is interested, we can continue to help on a consulting basis, to source new products/manufacturers or interface with them, since we speak the native language.
Wait, you have no revenue!
Exactly. This is a brand new business, started in 2017, but as mentioned earlier, due to personal reasons, there never was a strong marketing push behind the site. We're confident that, in the right hands, and with the appropriate investment, these products will attract a lot of attention. So, the price asked is basically the discounted value of the stock.
